Who we are

MyMile is a studio selling personalised run keepsakes, operated by Mike Battye as a sole trader, based in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@mymile.run. These terms apply to every order placed through https://mymile.run.

Our products

Each piece — a Milestone print or a Year Book — is made to order from the run data and content you provide. Because every item is personalised to you, it is produced specifically for your order and cannot be resold. Screen previews are a faithful guide, but colours and tones can vary slightly from the printed result, which is normal for fine-art printing.

Placing an order

When you check out and pay, you make an offer to buy. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, when we email to confirm it. We may decline an order — for example if a file is unusable, an item is mispriced, or content is unlawful — in which case we refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery within the UK is included unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

Printing and delivery

Your artwork is printed and shipped on our behalf by our production partner, Prodigi. We aim to dispatch within the timescales shown at checkout; delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Your content and rights

You keep all rights in the run data, photographs and words you upload. You confirm you own or are entitled to use that content, and you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to produce and deliver your order. You must not upload content that infringes anyone’s rights or is unlawful. The artwork style and templates remain our intellectual property.

Cancellation, faults and returns

Because each item is personalised, the standard 14-day right to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once production has begun. Your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described are unaffected — see our Returns & refunds policy.

Our liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the country where you live.
